Which method of carpet cleaning is the better option, Steam or Dry Cleaning?

  • We Always Recommend Steam Cleaning first, as The steam cleaning method gives Best Results and also Kills All Bacteria and germs at the same time. It’s More Efficient, Better for Allergy Sufferers and quick to complete. We use professional Shampoos, Carpet Deodorisers & Spot Treatment for all the stubborn stains and odurs.
  • The Dry cleaning method is Mainly only ever used for the more Delicate Carpets that Cannot be Steamed.The Materials that have a higher risk of damage from using steam.

How Much do you charhe for you Carpet Cleaning services?

Our fabulous carpet cleaning service is on Fixed Price quotation, Bedrooms, Living Room, Hallways, Landing, Stairs etc all have their own pricing category and these prices do not increase they are fixed to the price you are given at the time of booking.


How Can We Book With You?

There’s so many ways that you can book, telephone, email, twitter and facebook messenger. You can also use these methods to just receive a free quotation before committing to book.


Do You Provide Receipt on Completion?

Yes a Receipt will be given at the End of the Clean.


Do You Have a Cancellation Fee

A 24 hour notice period is required if the Customer wishes to Cancel for any reason, Re-Schedule or Amend a Booking in any way. The Customer will be required to Agree payment of 20% of the Total if He/She wishes to Cancel or Re-Schedule less than the 24 hour agreement prior to the Scheduled Appointment. In the Event that the Cleaners are asked to leave, Nobody is at the Property, or there is No Water and/or Power at the Property, The Customer agrees to Pay Full Booking Price.


What If I’m Not Happy With the Carpet Cleaning service?

If you are Not Completely Satisfied with the Clean for whatever Reasons, We Will Gladly discuss the problems and Return to do a Re-Clean or Give you a Refund if Needed.


How and When Do I Pay?

You can Pay via 3 methods either by Cash or Cheque. This is only on Completion of the clean or If You would prefer you can Pay by Card, this method requires a 50% Deposit.


 

Can I Book with you on Short Notice?

We Always Try to Accept All Bookings if Possible, but Some Same Day Bookings are not always Available.


Do You Have Any Special Chemicals For Pet Owners?

Yes we use only Professional Chemicals for all Types of Carpets, and Situations. If you Have Pets We use Our Urine Neutraliser Product, which is the Best on the Market and Safe for the Animals, as is All of our cleaning Chemicals.


 

Can you Protect my Carpet with Scotchgard protection?

We always  Highly Recommend using Scotchgard on your Carpets, this Helps to Keep the Materials Safe from any Dirt or Spillages etc. It also Helps to Stop the Colour of the carpet from Fading. The Scotch Guard will stay in the Carpets fibres until you next have your Carpets Cleaned, so it is Recommended you have this Treatment after Every Clean. It can also be used on any Upholstery you Require to be Cleaned. It simply helps maintain your carpets in between cleans protecting it at all times.


 

What If Your Cleaner Damages Anything in the property?

We are 100% Fully Insured, So if anything was to be Accidently Damaged, we are Fully Covered.


 

What Hours Do You Work?

Normally Our Hours are 08:30 – 18:30, However we can be Very Flexible with our times if Required. Let us Know what Time is Best for You and We Will be able to Arrange Something suitable for You.


Do You Work on Weekends/ Bank Holidays?

Yes We Work 7 Days a Week Including All Bank Holidays at no additional charge.


 

Are There Any Hidden Charges?

No, Our Prices are All Inclusive. All Equipment, Materials, Vat, Parking & Congestion, All Included.
